The "continuous production technology of toughened and reinforced phenolic urea formaldehyde foam fire-proof composite panel for external wall thermal insulation" developed by the scientific research team of Jinan University in conjunction with the enterprise was officially put into production, completely changing the backward situation of the industry's long-term dependence on intermittent production. Through three core innovations - using solid phenolic instead of liquid raw materials to reduce wastewater discharge, developing composite surfactants to improve the closeness of pores, and preparing a new low acid curing agent system, the thermal conductivity of phenolic foam composite plate produced by this technology has dropped to below 0.026W/(m ・ K), the fire rating has reached Class B1, and the production cost has been significantly reduced. According to calculations, a production line with an annual output of 100000 cubic meters can achieve an annual sales revenue of 230 million yuan, providing a high-performance solution for replacing traditional insulation materials such as flammable PS and PU.
