Aluminium foil embossing machine is researched and developed by our technicians to meet the requirement of production. The machine is of the following advantages: clear embossing patterns, smooth running, steady and easy operation. It's widely used to press patterns on aluminium Foil for polyurethane sandwich panels and phenolic foam sandwich panels.
The machine is specially designed for embossing aluminium foil of thickness 0.06~0.10mm. It's prohibited to use this machine to emboss aluminium foil of thickness greater than 0.10mm or other metal materials which is tougher than aluminium foil in hardness. The parameters are as follows:
Max width of aluminium foil 1280 mm
Max outer diameter of aluminium foil roller 1000 mm
Embossing speed 0~20m/min
Thickness of aluminium foils 0.06~0.10mm
Installed capacity 9Kw
The size of machine 3600*2500*1600mm
Total weight about 3500Kg
Specifications and components:
a. Structure of main machine: two-rollers two-sided horizontal embossing machine (same with the one used by Goot)
b. Product width (embossing width): 1280mm
c. Way of embossing: mechanical embossing
d. Way of transfer: gearbox and chain gear (transmission), the two rollers are driven by gear. Power of motor: electromagnetic speed motor, 4kw.
e. Depth embossed: to the requirement of sample, constraint device are set up between two rollers, depth of the pattern can be adjusted, pattern must with sample model;
f. Line speed: 0 – 20m/min, speed of the motor 1350-100rpm
g. Axial adjustment: Axial “zero” gap adjustment, prevent the axial pattern from dislocation.
h.Embossing material: two-sided embossing of thickness X ± 0.005mm (X:0.06~0.07mm) aluminium foil.
i.Frame of embossing machine: carbon steel Q235
j. Base of embossing machine: carbon steel Q235
k. Electrical control: Unwinding/unreeling with magnetic powder control; Embossing with electromagnetic speed-regulation; Winding (reeling) with frequency-variable adjustment. Pneumohydraulic Correction Device

3) four sets of bearings and bearing seats
4) two sets of transmission gears
5) one cycloid pin speed-reducing gearbox (4kw)
