PF FOAM INSULATION
Phenolic resin is the earliest industrialized plastic product in the world, while phenolic foam is a newly developed product. Phenolic foam is known as the "King of Insulation". It was used in the insulation of missiles and rocket heads in the early days. It has become the fastest growing variety of plastics in developed countries such as the United States, Britain, and Japan. Phenolic foam material has good flame retardant properties, low thermal conductivity, excellent sound absorption performance, and long service life. Due to the above-mentioned superior characteristics of phenolic foam materials, it has been widely used in various aspects of the national economy, such as central air-conditioning ducts, cold and hot conveying pipes, clean workshops, shopping malls, light fast-installation houses, cold storage, refrigerated trucks, aircraft, Ships, hotels and entertainment boxes, etc. need to use fireproof, light weight, heat insulation, sound insulation, clean, moisture-proof materials.
Phenolic foam board and aluminum foil are composited to make a sandwich panel, and then special flange fittings are added to make the phenolic composite air duct for central air conditioning ventilation. The inner and outer surfaces of the phenolic composite sandwich panel are coated aluminum foil, and the middle layer is a phenolic foam material. Its comprehensive performance has been greatly improved, especially in terms of mechanical properties, such as bending resistance, compression resistance, brittleness and processing properties. All of them have been greatly improved, which basically meets the requirements for the use of air conditioning ducts.
