Fujian Tenlead PCM board mainly uses resin materials to disperse and seal phase change paraffin to form a shaped phase change energy storage board. The shaped PCM will not cause shape change and leakage during the process of phase change of paraffin. The surface embossed color steel plate is mainly used for enhancing protection and aesthetics.

Principle:
Phase change materials (PCM) refers to materials that can exchange energy with the external environment (absorb heat from the external environment or release heat to the external environment) during the phase change process, aiming to control the environmental temperature and make use of the energy. In other words, the phase change material is used to absorb heat when the temperature is higher than the phase change point to cause a phase change (melting heat storage process), so that the temperature could no longer rise or rise less; when the temperature drops below the phase change point , A reverse phase change (solidification exothermic process) occurs, and the phase change material can restore the original phase structure and release the heat.
Main performance:
1. The phase transition temperature of this product is 20~25℃ (other temperatures can be specified as required), the actual energy storage capacity (including the sensible heat value within a certain range of use) is high at 120KJ/kg, and the density of 10mm sheet is about 10kg/m2, energy storage 1200KJ/M2;
2. The product can be cut and processed without any leakage and deformation, and can be widely used in construction and other fields;
3. The phase change raw material adopts phase change paraffin, which has good cycle stability and no overcooling and precipitation phenomenon occurred ;
4. Stable in nature, environmentally friendly, and long service life;
5. The resin material of sealing paraffin is fire-resistant and non-combustible, which is fire safety.
