Tenlead foam insulation board is made of 2 layers of aluminium foil at both side and 1 layer of phenolic foam in the middle. It is widely used in commercial and residential buildings to provide insulation to walls, roofs, and floors. It is energy saving and environment-friendly, and widely used for HVAC duct system.
Compared with traditional galvanized Iron (steel metal) ductwork, Tenlead Pre-insulated HVAC Duct has offer a high performance, light weight and robust system that requires only a single fix installation process. It had become more and more popular all over the world. According to different application or project requirement, the facing of Phenolic duct panel can be 80micron aluminum foil, 200micron aluminum sheet and pre-painted GI sheet.
